You might want to consider attending this protest (openly carrying, of course), as it does deal with some fundamental Constitutional rights issues. It’s one thing for the media (which should be there- they’re already covering the underlying story) to show some harmless unarmed college students holding signs protesting police brutality and camera confiscation – it’s quite another for the media to get images of armed no-kidding-around patriots out there sending a message.
Uh, there is no general open carry in Florida. Yet. It looks like it may pass soon however. I would venture to say if one were to go to this protest openly armed, you would likely be the only one and most certainly would be arrested and charged with a myriad crimes.
Pretty lame gun law there. I would have thought OC would be no problem in the state to pioneer “stand your ground.” Hopefully this will be cleared up soon. One could always attend the rally concealed carrying, of course, with no problem.
Yes. And Florida is reciprocal with many states with regard to CCW.
The lame gun laws are what is to be expected of a state that has been invaided by New Yorkers for the last 30 – 40 years.

Just look at who N.Y. keeps voting for Schumer the smuk.
Now if I could only figure out what is the excuse for not having OC in Texas that could make me FEEL better.
