(We’re still waiting on some additional material to add, but below is the gist of the law enforcement survey that citizens could use to guage their local LEO’s stance regarding enforcement of the individual health insurance mandates which will go into effect in 2014. The simple fact that we’re doing this, asking the questions now, ought to steel our resolve and put TPTB on notice that we are ready, willing, and able to put our foot down and say “Hell, no!!”)
In 2014, the individual mandates contained within the recently passed health insurance reform law will go into effect. Individuals will be required to purchase a narrowly defined form of health insurance and face penalties if they do not.
