It’s not just going on in Maryland and Illinois. From Salisbury (NC) Post by way of the Agitator (hyperlinks mine):
“The resisting-arrest conviction last week of Felicia Gibson has left a lot of people wondering. Can a person be charged with resisting arrest while observing a traffic stop from his or her own front porch?
Salisbury Police Officer Mark Hunter thought so, and last week District Court Judge Beth Dixon agreed. Because Gibson did not at first comply when the officer told her and others to go inside, the judge found Gibson guilty of resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
Gibson was not the only bystander watching the action on the street. She was the only one holding up a cell-phone video camera. But court testimony never indicated that Hunter told her to stop the camera; he just told her to go inside.”
Guess Judge Dixon can expect that police union endorsement. See this white-pages-info-confirming article as well as her facebook page for updates on her reelection campaign.

Question, why did that officer not suffer the consequences of entering private property and assaulting a bystander?
You know, it’s a good thing I no longer live in a “neighborhood”, there’d be serious consequences for an officer who transgressed like that.
Serious consequences.
Now, the thug is still wasting oxygen and will do it again to someone else.
I would guess that no consequences were suffered because there was no REAL law enforcement there. No one willing to demonstrate the rule of law by providing consequences. No judge, DA, or police cheif in this situation wanted to show that the rule of law was in effect. No rule of law in this situation, only the appearance of it with uniforms, robes, buildings, paperwork, equipment, and vehicles.
I have a feeling that Pat H.’s consequences wouldn’t require anybody else’s agreement, or any kind of law except physics and chemistry. Too bad the thug with a badge didn’t suffer those consequences that day, just like any other trespasser.
The filthy maggot pigs enable this swill. May they rot for what they’ve done to this country!
